正念
把注意放在[想要的], 而不是[不要的]东西上.
把念头放在[渴望的], 而不是[恐惧的]事物上.
把眼光放在[成功的], 而不是[失败的]经验上.
把心思放在[快乐的], 而不是[痛苦的]回忆上.
要常去想的是, 你所希望的而非你所不想要的事.
